Peculiar Pelican is a two story condo with covered parking underneath. This unit will sleep 4 comfortably with a queen size bed in the master, a twin size bed in the sitting room next to the master, and  a full size futon downstairs. This fully stocked condo has everything you need and more, with screened in porch, community pool and hot tub, and gorgeous views of the Carrabelle River! Within close proximity to the public boat ramp and rentable boat slips.
