Enjoy fishing from your very own, private dock or bring your own boat and leave it moored! The public boat ramp is less than a mile away. The home is adorned in coastal decor and has popular amenities such as a swing below the house for sunset watching, a wine cooler, & charcoal BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, coffee cups, wine glasses, dishwasher, everyday dishes or a fancier set if you wish. Both bedrooms feature a queen size bed and balcony access. The master has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in-shower. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo. There is also a full size air mattress for extra sleeping space. The screened in center deck has a ceiling fan and seating for relaxing, as well as access to both side decks. This home is pet friendly, with a 2 pet max. and a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Pets must be approved by owner.
