This one level renovated home is located in Carrabelle, directly on the beach. The house looks across the bay between St. George Island and Dog Island. This inlet allows for easy boat or wave runner access to the Gulf, also allows Gulf fish entry to the Bay ensuring terrific fishing right in front of your beach rental home. Experience memorable sunrises, sunsets and stars! Experience the pleasure of long walks on a sandy white, uncrowded beach. Collect unique shells and enjoy building all the sand castles you desire!

The house is comfortably furnished. It includes two oversized bedrooms. One with a king size bed, attached bath and outside access to screened porch and outside deck. The second oversized room has a queen size bed with second bath access across the hall. Both of these rooms face the beach. The other two bedrooms feature a set of bunk beds and set of twin beds. Outside the living area is a full length deck and screened porch. There is also a outdoor shower. The house is non-smoking. No pets.

Carrabelle Beach is a 15 minute car ride to St. George Island and historic Apalachicola. It is minutes away from the St. James golf course. In Carrabelle you will find virtually no traffic, high rises or hotels to block your view. This is a quiet coastal community, truly one of the last unspoiled destinations in Florida.

Address: 2734 Hwy 98w Carrabelle FL. 32322.Directions: Traveling west on Hwy 98 through Carrabelle, cross the Carrabelle River and travel approximately 6 miles. From the top of the Carrabelle River Bridge Beachfront Beauty is 5.9 miles on the left. Look for the mail box 2734. The house is elevated on pilings and is tan with a green roof.

Check-In Instructions
Check-In: Check-In is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made. When you arrive at the home there will be a lockbox on the post to the left of the front door. Open the shutter door to reveal the dials and the release button and rotate the dials to 1414. Press down on the release button to open the key door to remove the key. Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. Just so You Know: Internet – High speed internet access is available via a cable modem or WiFi. The WiFi network is secure and the network access key is Beachfront Beauty and the password is Beach#2734. There are more detailed instructions by the modem on the kitchen counter. Things to Do – There is a book on things to do in the area and instructions for using the TV digital cable system in the coffee table drawer. Beach Chairs and Towels – You are welcome to take the plastic tables and chairs from the deck down to the beach (please return them to the deck when you leave). If you have beach chairs you may want to bring them along too. There are usually beach chairs around the house (usually in the pump house or beach shower) but they seem to disappear over the summer. The house is equipped with bath and hand towels but you will need to bring your own beach towels. There is a charcoal grill for your use. Just a Few Reminders: This home is NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! You may smoke on the porch but please close the doors. While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own. We provide basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc. are not provided. Please: Be courteous to your neighbors and keep the level of noise down after 9pm. Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can. There is a very nice fish cleaning station at the city boat ramp on Marine Street. Trash pick-up is on Thursday. If you are staying for the week, please take the trash can out to the road Wednesday night. If you are a weekend guest, please take your trash out to the street when you leave. Do not turn your AC below 73 degrees. This can cause the unit to freeze up or create large amounts of condensation which damage the home and the AC unit itself. If we find the thermostat set below 73 and damage occurs, you will be responsible for any and all repairs. Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel – the air conditioning unit is not built to “suddenly” cool the whole home; it must be done gradually as in your own home. Likewise with the heat! Turn off lights and fans when away from the home and when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. Do not run the air-conditioning or heat with the doors open. Check-Out: When you leave, please take your trash to the can provided and take it to the street. Lock all the doors and return your key to the lock box using the instructions above – scramble the numbers and make sure the key is secure.
