Driving Directions
Directions: From Tallahassee – continue on Hwy 98 through Carrabelle and cross the Carrabelle River. The Carrabelle Boat Club (big metal building with blue roof) will be on your left at the corner of Timber Island Road. Turn left and follow this road until it dead ends into Pirate's Landing. You will turn left into the development just before you reach the boat ramp and take the second road to the right go around the curve and 373 Pirates will be around the corner on your right. 373 Pirates will be on your right with the address clearly marked.

Check-In Instructions
Check-In instructions: Check-in time is 4:00pm – it is possible to make arrangements for early arrival for an additional fee. There will be a black lock box hanging on the gate at the top of the stairwell. Input the numbers 0373 and pull the latch down to remove the key. Input the same numbers to return the keypad to the lockbox. Make sure you lock the doors when you are not in the home and note that the french doors will not stay closed unless the top and bottom slider locks in the stationary side are in place. Check-Out Instructions:Do not leave any food of any kind in the unit, do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink and remove ALL trash from the unit. There is a dumpster provided. Check-out time is 10:00am. Please make sure that all doors are locked and lock the deadbolt when you leave. Return the key to the lockbox following the directions above. . Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. Just a Few Reminders: While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own. Bed and bath linens are supplied along with basic cleaning supplies - garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc are not provided.
