This beautiful property on "old" Saint Teresa beach sits on a bluff overlooking the Gulf and Alligator Point Bay. It's peaceful location is the perfect place to relax, enjoy family and friends, and let the surroundings restore you. This lovely 2 story home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and cookwear, a dining table with seating for 8, there is a extra table for dining in the den. The master suite is located on the ground floor with a beautiful ocean view and direct access to the front porch, this room has a king size bed, walk through - boutique style closet with large adjoining master bathroom. Upstairs in the east bedroom is a queen size bed, the west bedroom has a king size bed, and the middle bedroom has a twin size day bed all rooms have a ocean view, they also share the bathroom at the top of the stairs. The fifth bedroom is the "sleeping room" and includes 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin day bed, it is kept private by a sliding barn door. There is a large bathroom connected to this room with separate tub and shower, double vanity, and outdoor access via exterior stairs.This home has direct access to the beach & to the community dock. This property has Dish network, but does not have WIFI at this moment. Ladderville Guest House sits behind the main house and is available to rent as well. Come stay a while and see all that the forgotten coast has to offer.

Driving Directions
Address: 4400 Hwy 98 E St Teresa Ave, Panacea Fl 32358, but a GPS will not take you directly to the house- Directions: Traveling East on Hwy 98 from Carrabelle, you will come to the intersection with Hwy 319 – veer to the right and stay on Hwy 98. The gravel road driveway will be approximately 4.3 miles from the FSU marine lab. The driveway is a small gravel road to your right, once you turn onto this road you will go down until it forks into 5 roads, take the second road from the left. There are some house signs- Ladderville is the F.D. Lewis house, it will be the second house on the right. Coming from Tallahassee, follow Hwy 98 through Panacea and Ochlockonee Bay, once you have crossed Ochlockonee bridge go about 6 miles, be looking for Bay North sign on the left then slow down, it is the first gravelon the left after the Bay North sign. The road is immediately after 2low guardrails. After turning onto the road it forks into 5 roads. Take the second road from the left, there are some house signs- Ladderville is the F.D Lewis house, it will be the second house on the right.

Check-In Instructions
Check-In: Check-In is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made. Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. Just so You Know: The Lockbox key pad code is 0440 WiFi- Net Work name is Things to Do – There is a book on things to do in the area and instructions for using the TV digital cable system in the coffee table drawer. The house is equipped with bath and hand towels but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Just a Few Reminders: This home is NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! You may smoke on the porch but please close the doors. While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own. We provide basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc. are not provided. Please: Be courteous to your neighbors and keep the level of noise down after 9pm. Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can. There is a very nice fish cleaning station at the city boat ramp on Marine Street. Trash pick-up is on Monday. If you are staying for the week, please take the trash can out to the road Monday night. If you are a weekend guest, please take your trash out to the street when you leave. Do not turn your AC below 73 degrees. This can cause the unit to freeze up or create large amounts of condensation which damage the home and the AC unit itself. If we find the thermostat set below 73 and damage occurs, you will be responsible for any and all repairs. Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel – the air conditioning unit is not built to “suddenly” cool the whole home; it must be done gradually as in your own home. Likewise with the heat! Turn off lights and fans when away from the home and when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. Do not run the air-conditioning or heat with the doors open. Check-Out: When you leave, please take your trash to the can provided and take it to the street. Lock all the doors and return your key to the lock box using the instructions above – scramble the numbers and make sure the key is secure.
