Fish Tales can be told here!  What a great place to relax and unwind.  Perfect location for everything.  County boat ramp just steps away,  just a short drive to beach, restaurants, and shopping.  30 minutes from Apalachicola or St. George Island.
Beautifully decorated, very clean, nice condo, fully equip kitchen, hard wood floors, up scale counter tops.  Our home away from home is very comfortable and cozy.  We have a king bed in the master and Triple bunk beds in the loft area,with balcony over looking the pool area, with hot tub. Sleeper Sofa in Living Room, our location is at the mouth of the Carrabelle River leading to the Gulf of Mexico. We offer use of our 70 lb. Ice machine located next to the Fish Cleaning Station under the Condo.  Excellent fishing for the Bay, Gulf or the River.  Also a great pool area for the kids.  Large screened in area for relaxing and socializing.   
You’ll find yourself centrally located between Carrabelle and Eastpoint, with only a short drive to St. George Island or Apalachicola for shopping and fine dining. Other area attractions include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, cycling paths, guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), Apalachicola National Estuary Research Reserve, St. James Bay Golf Course, a variety of local seafood eateries, and a local supermarket.

Driving Directions
Directions: From Tallahassee – continue on Hwy 98 through Carrabelle and cross the Carrabelle River. The Carrabelle Boat Club (big metal building with blue roof) will be on your left at the corner of Timber Island Road. Turn left and follow this road until it dead ends into Pirate's Landing. You will turn left into the development just before you reach the boat ramp and take the second road to the right go around the curve and 361 Pirates will be around the corner on your right. 361 Pirates will be on your right with the address clearly marked.

Check-In Instructions
Check-In instructions: Check-in time is 4:00pm – it is possible to make arrangements for early arrival for an additional fee. You will find a keypad on the front door, input the numbers 8484 and turn the circular knob on the keypad to the left. to unlock. Make sure you lock the doors when you are not in the home (touch any number on the front door keypad and turn the circular knob on the keypad to the right and the door will lock) and note that the french doors will not stay closed unless the top and bottom slider locks in the stationary side are in place. Check-Out Instructions:Do not leave any food of any kind in the unit, do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink and remove ALL trash from the unit. There is a dumpster provided. Check-out time is 10:00am. Please make sure that all doors are locked and lock the deadbolt when you leave. Return the key to the lockbox following the directions above. . Damages: This house IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. Just a Few Reminders: While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own. Bed and bath linens are supplied along with basic cleaning supplies - garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc are not provided.
