Check-In Instructions
Check-In Instructions: Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out is at 10:00AM. Arrangements can be made for early arrival and late check-out for a small fee subject to availability. There is a keypad on the front door. Use the code 9272 for entry. Please make sure you lock the home when you leave. Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. Garage Code : 9129. The garage with the double door is designated for Lighthouse Beach only. The single door is for Captain's Quarters only Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. During Your Stay: This home is NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! You may smoke on the porch or deck but please close the doors - remember smoke can linger. If we find that you have smoked in the house there will be a extra charge to your credit card!! Bed and bath linens are provided sufficient for the number of guests. No beach towels are provided. Please shower outside before entering the house from the beach. Trash pickup is early on Thursday so please put your trash in the bin early for pick up. Upon check out, please put all trash in the bin and ensure it is at street for pick up. Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can. Dispose of charcoal from the grill properly by bagging used charcoal after it is cold, never hot coals, in trash bags and placing in the bin. Do not put charcoal on the carport or in the landscape rocks. All trash must be in a trash bag. If you have excess trash, please call me at 850-697-5300 and I'll send my maintenance over to take care of it. Turn off lights and fans when away from the unit and when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. Please set the AC on 78 when not at the home and do not set the AC below 74° this may make the unit freeze up and you will be responsible for the repairs. Do not run the AC or heat with the doors open! WiFi Code: FishMore5 PLEASE NOTE: If you are having a problem syncing your phone to the wifi you will need to check and see if you have your phone set to “Automatically Connect” if so you will need to turn that setting off prior to connecting to the wifi. Once you input the password you can turn the setting back on and it will connect back to it. This only happens with some phones so your's may connect correctly. Just a Few Reminders: While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we know you will take care of it as if it were your own. We provide initial basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, etc. are not provided. Boat Ramps: There is a public ramp in Carrabelle with no use fee located on Marine Street – there is a very nice fish cleaning station at this ramp. Check-Out Instructions: Please load and run any dishes in the dishwasher you may have used. Leave the beds you have used unmade and take your trash to the can outside. Make sure all porch doors (French doors and screen door) are locked and set the AC on 78° (or the heat on 65° in the winter months). If no one answers, please leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as possible. The garbage bin is located at the end of the drive. Garbage pickup is early Thursday morning. Please have your garbage in the bin for Thursday pickup and take garbage out to the bin when checking out. Shower when coming in from the beach at the outside shower provided. Don't leave dirty dishes in sink. No seafood left in garbage. Please enjoy our lovely home as if it were yours and come stay again!!
