Address: 416-C Marine St. Carrabelle Fl 32322. Directions: From Tallahassee – Hwy 98 to Carrabelle. After the Marathon and Chevron stations you will come to the main intersection in Carrabelle, take a left on Marine Street. Riverwalk will be on your right just before the city riverfront pavilion. Seahorse will be in the first building at the top (the door to the right) and marked with a sign of the unit name. Please park in the space provided to the right of the entry.
Check-In instructions: Check-in is at 4pm. There is a lockbox by the door. Open the dust cover and enter the code 1125 then push down on the latch by the numbers. The front of the lock box will open and the key will be inside. Simply pull the latch down again to close the box and scramble the numbers. Use this key during your stay and return it to the lockbox when you checkout. Check-out is at 10:00am. Please lock the deadbolt upon check-out and return the key to the lock box using the check-in instructions. The boat slip that comes with your unit is the 3rd one in from the left of the dock. Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. A Few Reminders: • Be courteous to your neighbors and keep the level of noise down after 9pm. • Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. • Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can. The trash cans are located in the alley between the two buildings. • Turn off lights and fans when away from the unit and when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. DO NOT turn your AC unit BELOW 73 degrees. This can cause the unit to freeze up or create large amounts of condensation which damage the home and the AC unit itself. Please remember you are not staying in a hotel - the air conditioning unit is not built to “suddenly” cool the whole home; it must be done gradually as in your own home. Likewise with the heat! • While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember that you are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own. We provide basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc are not provided. • All Units are NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! You may smoke on the porch or deck but please close the doors - remember smoke can linger. Emergency Contact:During Office Hours: (850) 697- 5300.
