Driving Directions
Address: 206-A NE 4th St Carrabelle Fl 32322. From Apalachicola – Going East on Hwy 98 you will go through the main part of Carrabelle. Look for the Dollar General Store and turn left on 5th Street NE about 2 roads past the Dollar General at McClain's Auto Service. The Sands of Carrabelle will be on your left about ¼ mile from 98. From Lanark Village/ Panacea / Sopchoppy Going West on Hwy 98 As you enter Carrabelle you will see a church and car lot on your left and a small strip center on your right. Turn right onto 5th Street NE at McClain's Auto Service. The Sands of Carrabelle will be on your left about ¼ mile from 98.

Check-In Instructions
Check-In is 4pm and Check-out is 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made. A late check- out or early check-in fee will apply. When you leave, please take your trash to the can provided and return your key to the lock box using the same code you were provided at check-in. All Units are NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! You may smoke on the porch or balcony but please close the doors. Remember smoke can linger and since these are NON-SMOKING units, we can tell if someone has smoked in them and it is considered damage! There are public boat ramps at C-Quarters Marina and at the end of Pirates Landing Road on Timber Island where there is ample parking on either side of the ramp for your trailer. Lanark Village Mart also provides a ramp with a $10 launch fee and plenty of parking. Please: • Be courteous to your neighbors and keep the level of noise down after 9pm. • Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. • Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can. Trash pickup is on Monday. If you are staying for the week, please take the trash can out to the road Sunday night. If you are a weekend guest, please take your trash out to the street when you leave and return your key to the lock box. • Turn off lights and fans when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. • DO NOT turn your AC unit BELOW 73 degrees. This can cause the unit to freeze up or create large amounts of condensation which damage the home and the AC unit itself. If we find the thermostat set below 73 and damage occurs, you will be responsible for any and all repairs. Please remember you are not staying in a hotel - the air conditioning unit is not built to “suddenly” cool the whole home; it must be done gradually as in your own home. Likewise with the heat! Pool: The pool area is kept locked for the enjoyment of our owners and guests. The pool gate code is 8712, the main gate on 4th Street. Please obey all pool rules: • Pool Hours – Daylight to Dark (Approx 7am – 9pm) • No Loud or Offensive Music • No Offensive Language • No Glass Containers • No Running • No Diving • No Pets • No more than 6 people per pass, per unit • Clean up behind yourself • Children 15 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult • Lock the gate while you are in the pool area and when you leave Please remember that we have people who live at the Sands of Carrabelle and these rules are enforced.
