Address: 2473 Hwy 98e Carrabelle FL 32322. Directions: From Tallahassee – Traveling west on Hwy 98, Lighthouse Keeper will be on your right about ¼ mile before the Lanark Boat Club boat ramp. It is a white antebellum style home.

Check-In Instructions
Check-In Instructions: Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00AM. Arrangements can be made for early arrival and late check-out for a small fee subject to availability. When you arrive at the home pull all the way to back and go into the screen porch on the right. The lockbox is on the west side entry door. Open the shutter door to reveal the dials and the release button and rotate the dials to 2014. Press down on the release button to open the key door to remove the keys. Please keep your keys with you during your stay, making sure the home is locked when you are away. If you arrive after dark there is a street light that lights the parking area and the switch for the lights on the porch is just inside the laundry room which is adjacent to the entry door with the lockbox. Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. During Your Stay: This home is NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! You may smoke on the porch or deck but please close the doors - remember smoke can linger. Bed and bath linens are provided. Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can. Trash pickup is on Thursday so please put your can out early for pickup. If you check out on Sunday, please put the trash in the can and roll to the street. Turn off lights and fans when away from the unit and when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. Please set the AC on 78 when not at the home and do not set the AC below 73° or run the AC or heat with the doors open! Just a Few Reminders: While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel.  You are staying in someone's home and we know you will take care of it as if it were your own.  We provide initial basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, etc. are not provided. Boat Ramps: The closest boat ramp is ½ mile west at the Lanark Boat Club behind the old Lanark Village Mart. The launch fee is $10 or $100 for an annual pass. There is a public ramp in Carrabelle with no use fee located on Marine Street just past the City Riverfront Pavilion (turn by Sandy Beach Properties' office on the corner of Hwy 98 and Marine St.) – there is a very nice fish cleaning station at this ramp. Check-Out Instructions: Please load and run any dishes you may have used. Leave the beds you have used unmade and take your trash to the can outside. Make sure all balcony doors are locked and set the AC on 78° (or the heat on 65° in the winter months). Make sure all doors are locked. Return the key to the lockbox following the detailed instructions under check-in. Please scramble the numbers once you have secured the keys.
