Address: 605 Riverview Dr. Carrabelle Fl. 32322. Directions: Traveling west on Hwy 98 through Carrabelle, make a right turn on Ryan Dr. at the foot of the Carrabelle River bridge, travel approximately .5 miles and make a left turn on Marvin St, travel approximately .25 miles and the road curves to the left and to your right will be Riverview Dr. a dirt road make the right hand turn and Casa Del Sol will be the second house on your left.
Check-In: Check-In is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. A late check- out or early check-in fee may apply. When you arrive at the home there will be a lockbox at the entry door. Open the shutter door to reveal the dials and the release button and rotate the dials to 2411. Press down on the release button to open the key door to remove the key. If parental control is on the TV the code is 0422 Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. Just a Few Reminders: This home is NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! You may smoke on the porch but please close the doors. While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own. We provide basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc are not provided. There will be two crab traps and bait traps on the dock for you to use while you are staying. Please make sure when you leave that they are out of the water and all bait has been disposed of. Please: • Be courteous to your neighbors and keep the level of noise down after 9pm. • Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. Please do not leave dirty dishes in sink, put them in the dishwasher and turn on before leaving. Put dirty lines in the laundry room. • Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can. Trash pick-up is on Thursday. If you are staying for the week, please take the trash can out to the road Monday night. If you are a weekend guest, please take your trash out to the street when you leave. • Turn off lights and fans when away from the unit and when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. Do not turn your AC below 73 degrees. This can cause the unit to freeze up or create large amounts of condensation which damage the home and the AC unit itself. If we find the thermostat set below 73 and damage occurs, you will be responsible for any and all repairs. Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel – the air conditioning unit is not built to “suddenly” cool the whole home Do not run the air-conditioning or heat with the doors open. Check-Out: When you leave, please take your trash to the can provided, lock all the doors (be sure to latch the screen door) and return your key to the lock box using the instructions above – scramble the numbers and make sure the key is secure. The tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord and the owner of the adjacent dock from any and all loss, damage or injury whatsoever for the use of the dock by the tenant, guest or invitees. An inventory of the house will completed before your arrive and after your departure. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
