Don't let the size of this quaint beachfront cottage fool you. This recently remodeled home has all of the charm of an original beach cottage as well as all of the modern conveniences that anyone could want! No expense was spared with decorating, but we left the charm of an older beach home intact. Everything in this house was new in 2007 and the owners make updates to the home every 6-12 months! It looks like a showroom for IKEA meets Pottery Barn, right down to the kitchen cabinets!

With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, this home sleeps 4 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full and a twin. The bathroom is located just between the two bedrooms. We used the space perfectly to house the maximum number of people, with still leaving a great deal of space to get around. There is a television in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms, for a total of 3 televisions. The house has cable, DVD/VHS player, stereo with iPod dock, and wireless internet; so bring your laptop and work by the water.

Sandpiper Quay is on the water, just a short stroll and over a small dune. It boasts a large screened in porch where you can sit and enjoy the coastal breezes. What's better than having the beach as your backyard? 
Some of the best seafood can be found in Carrabelle. You can go to downtown Carrabelle and purchase shrimp each morning, fresh off of the shrimp boats. The freshest oysters you've ever had are harvested every morning, so be sure to pick some up, as well as the fresh grouper and other fish. Or, if you prefer, you can fish from the beach just out your back door.

This is a great little beach bungalow in a tranquil setting. If you're ready to relax and get away from it all, then give us a call! You only need to provide us with a credit card to book the home, so what are you waiting for?

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 30 days prior to the rental date. Deposit is refundable 60-days prior to rental date. Any cancellation between 30-60 days prior to reservation is subject to loss of deposit. Any cancellation 30 days or less from the rental date is subject to the full rental rate, unless the property is able to be rented to another party for the entire time reserved.

Address: 1766 Carrabelle Beach Dr. Carrabelle Fl.32322.Directions: Traveling west on Hwy 98 through Carrabelle, cross the Carrabelle River and travel about two miles turning left at Emsy's Restaurant. Old Carrabelle Beach Road will be your first right and Sandpiper Quay is on the left about half way down the road. It is a aqua blue cottage and our sign is clearly visible in the yard. Traveling east on Hwy 98 start to slow down when you see the Beach Trader on your left, Emsy's Restaurant will be on your right just around the curve.

Check-In Instructions
Check-In: Check-In is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. A late check- out or early check-in fee will apply. There is a blue lock box on the door. Turn the numbers to 3225 and slide the door on the right hand side of the box up to locate the key. This home is NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! You may smoke on the porch but please close the doors. Remember smoke can linger and since this is a NON-SMOKING home, we can tell if someone has smoked in it and it will be considered damage! Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. Just a Few Reminders: While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own. We provide basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc are not provided. To access the wireless internet: The user name is Netgear and the password or access code is Sandpiper1124 (case sensitive). Please: • Be courteous to your neighbors and keep the level of noise down after 9pm. • Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. • Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can. Trash pick-up is on Thursday. If you are staying for the week, please take the trash can out to the road Wednesday night. If you are a weekend guest, please take your trash out to the street when you leave. • Turn off lights and fans when away from the unit and when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. Do not run the air-conditioning or heat with the doors open. • Please pick-up after yourself in the backyard, on the beach and the beach path. Your cleanliness is appreciated. No glass containers on the beach! Check-Out: When you leave, please take your trash to the can provided, lock all the doors (be sure to latch the screen door) and return your key to the lock box using the instructions above – scramble the numbers and make sure the key is secure.
