Driving Directions
Directions: From Tallahassee – continue on Hwy 98 through Carrabelle and cross the Carrabelle River. The Carrabelle Boat Club (big metal building with blue roof) will be on your left at the corner of Timber Island Road. Turn left and follow this road until it dead ends into Pirate's Landing. You will turn left into the development just before you reach the boat ramp and continue straight ahead following the road as it curves to the right. Son of a Sailor will be on your left just before the restaurant with the name and address clearly marked. For more information about Pirate's Landing visit www.PiratesLanding.us where you will find a map of the development and be able to locate Son of a Sailor as Unit 37.

Check-In Instructions
Address: 368 Pirate's Landing Dr. Carrabelle, Fl 32322 Check-In instructions: Check-in time is 4:00pm – it is possible to make arrangements for early arrival for an additional fee. There will be a blue lock box to the left of the entry door on the screened porch. Turn the dials to 5600 and slide the door up on the right side of the box to remove the key. Make sure you lock the doors when you are not in the home and note that the French doors will not stay closed unless the top and bottom slider locks in the stationary side are in place. Wifi name is Son_Of_A_Sailor, Wifi password is Ssailor#1. Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. This is a pet friendly home, however the non refundable, $50.00 pet fees DOES NOT cover any damages caused by your pet. Just a Few Reminders: While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own. We provide bed and bath linens, basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc. are not provided. Check-Out Instructions: Check-out time is 10:00am. Please make sure that all doors are locked and lock the deadbolt when you leave. Return the key to the lockbox by setting the numbers on the dial to 5600, raise the door, insert the key, lower the door and scramble the numbers. Please make sure that the door will not slide after you scramble the numbers. If it does, please return the dials to 5600 and try again.
