Press the call button located to the right of the door once to call the elevator. When the call light turns green the elevator is available and you can then open the door and scissor gate. Turn on the light, enter the elevator and close the scissor gate and door before pressing the button for the floor you are going to. The scissor gate and door must be closed for the elevator to operate. If you close the door without closing the scissor gate, the door will lock and the elevator will not move. Make sure you close the scissor gate every time you use the elevator so you will be able to call it when needed and do not allow children to operate or play on the elevator.
Address: 206 Pickett's Landing Court E-3. Directions: From Tallahassee – Continue west on Hwy 98 through Carrabelle and turn right on 11th St. just before the bridge (the Moorings Marina will be on your left). Travel one block and turn left on Avenue B North; travel two blocks to the main entry gate just past Pickett's Landing. The gate code is 1302. Take the first left and the D units are in the building facing the river on the right. The E units are located to the left in the building across from the pool. The unit numbers are clearly marked on the wall under each unit and on the main entry door, your unit will be marked E-3.
Check-In instructions: You may check-in after 6:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am. Arrangements can be made for early arrival and late check-out for a small fee subject to availability. When you arrive at the home there will be a lockbox located at the bottom of the exterior wooden stairs. The lockbox is mounted under the rail facing the driveway. Open the shutter door to reveal the dials and the release button and rotate the dials to 1196. Press down on the release button to open the key door to remove the key. Please return the entry key to the lockbox. Pedestrian gate code is 1953. There will be a charge of $100.00 for rekeying if your keys are missing or lost. TRAILER PARKING IS LOCATED IN A DESIGNATED AREA. Follow the signs to the NW corner of the property and inside the wooden fence. ALL TRAILERS MUST BE PARKED IN THIS AREA ONLY. All vehicles should be parked under your unit. If you have extra vehicles you may park these in the area designated for trailer parking or at the Boat House if space permits. No boats or trailers are permitted at the boat house parking area. Please do not park vehicles or trailers on the grass. There are sprinklers located on the entire property and vehicles can cause damage to the fixtures and irrigation lines. Damages: Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it at the numbers below. This unit IS NOT pet friendly. Just a Few Reminders: While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home – please take care of it as if it were your own. Bed and bath linens are provided along with basic supplies such as garbage bags, dish detergent and cleaning products with an initial supply of paper products - we provide one roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, etc are not provided. All Units are NON-SMOKING! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE!!! Remember smoke can linger and since these are NON-SMOKING units, we can tell if someone has smoked in them and it is considered damage! Check-Out Instructions: Please load and run any dishes you may have used. Leave the beds you have used unmade and take your trash to the can outside. Make sure all balcony doors are locked and set the AC on 78° (or the heat on 65° in the winter months). Please make sure the outside ceiling fans and outside lights are turned off. Return your keys to the hook by the entry door and use the key in the lockbox to lock both locks on the entry door and elevator door. Make sure the scissor gate on the elevator is closed and the light is out. There are two public ramps: one on Marine Street just past the City Riverfront Pavilion and the other is just across the bridge at the end of Timber Island Road (turn by the Carrabelle Boat Club).
Pickett's Landing is a private and gated Townhome community, and as such, consists of common facilities to be used by and enjoyed by residents and their tenants. The community also consists of other facilities adjoining Pickett's Landing that is not common facilities to the owners and residents but may be used by the owners and tenants of Pickett's Landing under special licensed authority granted to Pickett's Landing Home Owners Association. We ask that you read the information below; as it will be both helpful to you on a practical basis and also help you understand that these rules serve our mutual benefit. The Home Owner's Association would like you to know and abide by the following rules as they are meant to protect and ensure that all Residents and Tenants enjoy the property and amenities during your stay at Pickett's Landing. You must park in your assigned carport. This unit and all common areas of Pickett's Landing are smoke free. If you smoke it must be in the carport area and you are expected to dispose of your butts properly and safely. Pets or Guests should not make or permit disturbances to interfere with the comfort or rights of others. Boats on trailers or trailers MUST park in the designated boat storage area. No parking in the gravel parking areas and absolutely no parking or driving on the grass. Please park your boat and trailer before going to the condo to unpack. Bathrooms at the pool house are open for your convenience. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool or pool area. No glass allowed and no eating allowed in pool area. No over sized flotation devices are allowed in the pool. No running, jumping or diving in pool and pool area. Pets are not allowed in pool or pool area. The Pool House is reserved for use by OWNERS only. Nothing is to be placed on balcony railings. Bicycles or skateboards are allowed in your unit carport area or streets only. Minors must be supervised and not allowed to play in the elevators. The metal cage door and exterior door must be closed for the elevator to function or be called to another floor. Please place all trash in garbage bags (not shopping bags) and leave in container in the carport. If you have a boat in the Marina, you are responsible for securing it and any contents. Please use the slip assigned to you and return boat carts to the boat house after use, they are not to be left in carport. Please be respectful in your usage, it is provided as a courtesy. Disposal of fish and parts thereof is prohibited anywhere within the Marina, Boat house or service area. Fishing or crabbing is allowed from common walkways in the Marina. Finger piers within slip boundaries are reserved for that slip owner or user. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Remove all garbage / trash and place in container in carport area. Remove all bed linens and towels and place in the laundry room. Place all dishes in dishwasher and leave it running. Place the lock box key back in its place with the cover closed. Place the Master Key set back in its place on the hook at the front door..
