Angler's is a cabin on the Carrabelle River, 15 minutes by boat from the Gulf.  It sleeps 3 in a recently converted 800 sq. ft. building with its own fully equipped dock and magnificent views of the River.
Angler's is in a quiet residential neighborhood less than a mile from downtown shopping, restaurants and marinas, and is just minutes from Carrabelle Beach.  0.3 Acres, fenced lot, deck, propane grill, fire ring patio, and a walkway to the dock.  It also has an R.V. hook up for a small camper (less than 25 ft.), dump station, 30 amp power and water.
Fish right off the dock or take your boat out to the Gulf right in the heart of the fishing capital of the South.  

Places to visit in the surrounding area include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, cycling paths across the road, glass-bottom boat rides at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve, a variety of local seafood eateries and a local supermarket.
Close by is the beautiful St. James Bay Golf Course and Resort 370 Acres of Golf Community, Resort Style 18 hole Play golf course designed by Robert Walker. Check-In Instructions
Check-In instructions: Check-in time is 4:00pm – it is possible to make arrangements for early arrival for an additional fee. There will be a grey lock box on the entry door. Input the lockbox dial to 9520 and line up in the middle, pull the latch down and pull open the door, remove the key. Please make sure that key is returned upon your checkout, if not you may be subject to a 100.00 key replacement fee. Input the same numbers to return the keypad to the lockbox. Make sure you lock the doors when you are not in the home. Damages: Our rental policies require that your security deposit is held by credit card and we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or missing items as necessary. We will contact you regarding these damages and payment. Should an accident happen, please call us immediately to let us know about it. Internet: WiFi available please connect to Anglers1 with the provided password 1KandrewK! Just a Few Reminders: While we try to make things convenient for our guests, please remember we are not a hotel. You are staying in someone's home and we expect you to take care of it as if it were your own.THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOME! PLEASE GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE AND SHUT DOOR!! We provide basic cleaning supplies, garbage bags, a roll of paper towel and a roll of toilet paper in each bath. You will need to provide any other cleaning supplies or paper products you may need for your stay. Soap, shampoo, personal items, coffee, food, etc are not provided. • Be courteous to your neighbors and keep the level of noise down after 9pm. • Lock the unit behind you when you leave; during your stay and at check-out. Please do not leave dirty dishes in sink, put them in the dishwasher and turn on before leaving. • Dispose of all fish waste properly and do not place in the trash can there is a fish cleaning station at the City Boat Ramp. Trash pick-up is on Thursday. If you are staying for the week, please take the trash can out to the road Monday night. If you are a weekend guest, please take your trash out to the street when you leave. • Turn off lights and fans when away from the unit and when you leave - helping to keep the utility bills down for our owners allows us to keep our rates lower. Do not turn your AC below 73 degrees. This can cause the unit to freeze up or create large amounts of condensation which damage the home and the AC unit itself. If we find the thermostat set below 73 and damage occurs, you will be responsible for any and all repairs. Please remember that you are not staying in a hotel – the air conditioning unit is not built to “suddenly” cool the whole home Do not run the air-conditioning or heat with the doors open. There will be specific instructions on operating the large screen door on the front of the cottage, The instruction are located in the information book. Please call us with any questions on operating the screen door. Check-Out: Check out Time is at 10:00 A.M. When you leave, please take your trash to the can provided, lock all the door and return your key to the lock box using the instructions above – scramble the numbers and make sure the key is secure.
